EcoReadyBath’s latest venture: revolutionizing Berlin’s housing with innovative bathroom pods

As EcoReadyBath, we are thrilled to announce our pivotal role in one of Europe’s most significant and forward-thinking construction projects in the heart of Berlin. Our contribution entails the supply of 245 top-tier, pre-fabricated bathrooms across four distinct types, all of which will be seamlessly integrated into the innovative modular residential buildings.

This project is a testament to our unwavering dedication to sustainability and innovation. It’s a one-of-a-kind initiative with the ambitious goal of creating approximately 65,000 m² of living space on nearly 40,000 m². What truly sets it apart is that these modular constructions’ quality, stability, and durability are not just on par with but often surpass those of buildings constructed using traditional methods. Using reusable and easily recyclable modules supports sustainable development and eliminates the need for costly and time-consuming demolition.

Our participation in this project clearly demonstrates our commitment to environmental responsibility. The project is set to substantially impact CO2 emissions, with an estimated 50% reduction through the use of sustainable and recyclable materials, even during the construction phase. The buildings’ roofs will also be equipped with green systems and photovoltaic installations, covering a total area of about 10,000 m², further bolstering their ecological credentials.
