What is a prefabricated bathroom pod?

A prefabricated bathroom pod is a complete bathroom module manufactured off-site in controlled factory conditions.
It can include plumbing, electrical and ventilation systems, waterproofing, wall and floor finishes, fittings, sanitaryware, lighting, mirrors, furniture and final equipment. Once completed, the bathroom pod is delivered to the construction site and installed in a prepared location within the building.
