EcoReadyBath is delivering 103 fully equipped prefabricated bathrooms for a new sustainable housing project certified under the KlimaQuartier.NRW standard meets high requirements for energy efficiency, environmental care, and modern urban living.
The project includes five pod types, adapted to a diverse mix of residential units. Deliveries are scheduled to begin in October 2025.
Our scope includes full technical coordination, design adaptation, and on-time delivery – all led by a dedicated Project Manager. This ensures smooth implementation, reliability at every stage, and consistent quality across all units.
