EcoReadyBath is implementing advanced automation and robotics to stabilise production, eliminate downtime and ensure consistent quality in bathroom pod manufacturing.
The film presents one of the most important transformation projects in EcoReadyBath’s production process: the implementation of an automated and robotic production line designed specifically for our factory.
The project was developed to address key production challenges, including material-related delays, process interruptions and the curing time of cement-based adhesives. Reducing these dependencies became an important step toward greater efficiency, more stable production and lower environmental impact.
As part of the implementation, the entire process was redesigned from the ground up. The project includes automation of complex operations such as waterproofing and tiling, a new material flow across the factory and a robotic production line that sets the pace for the entire facility.
The new system also includes WaterJet cutting for drywall modules, real-time production monitoring with Tulip software and a digital twin of the factory for simulation and predictive decision-making.
All machines and systems were designed specifically for EcoReadyBath’s needs. The process has been validated through extensive internal testing and in collaboration with accredited laboratories and universities.
The implementation was carried out without stopping ongoing production, which required precise planning, layout redesign and organisational transformation.
For EcoReadyBath, this project is about more than technology. It also supports our team’s development by creating new roles, training opportunities, and everyday work in an Industry 4.0 environment.
