Privacy Policy (GDPR).

1. Data Controller.

The controller of personal data is Procyon Construction S.A., with its registered office at ul. Metalowa 13, 73-110 Stargard, Poland, KRS 0000537067 (hereinafter: the “Controller”).

2. Scope of personal data processing.

We process personal data provided:

  • through contact forms and via email or telephone communication,
  • in connection with business inquiries and commercial cooperation,
  • as part of recruitment processes and job applications,
  • in contacts with suppliers, subcontractors and business partners,
  • in requests related to marketing cooperation, sponsorship or partnership activities.

3. Purposes and legal basis for processing.

Personal data are processed for the purposes of:

  • business communication and handling inquiries,
  • taking actions prior to concluding a contract and performing concluded contracts,
  • conducting recruitment processes,
  • fulfilling legal obligations, in particular accounting and tax obligations,
  • pursuing the legitimate interests of the Controller, such as contract management, payment handling, claims management, after-sales support and maintaining business relationships.

The legal basis for processing is:

  • Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — performance of a contract or actions taken prior to entering into a contract,
  • Article 6(1)(c) GDPR — compliance with legal obligations,
  • Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interests of the Controller.

4. Data recipients.

Personal data may be disclosed to trusted service providers acting on behalf of the Controller, in particular providers of accounting, legal, IT or hosting services, based on appropriate data processing agreements.

Personal data are not transferred outside the European Union.

5. Data retention period.

Personal data are retained only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are processed or for the period required by applicable law, in particular tax and civil law regulations.

Personal data processed on the basis of consent are retained until the consent is withdrawn, unless another legal basis for processing applies.

6. Rights of data subjects.

Data subjects have the right to:

  • access their personal data,
  • request rectification or erasure of personal data,
  • request restriction of processing or object to processing,
  • data portability,
  • lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority.

7. Automated decision-making.

Personal data are not processed in an automated manner, including profiling.
