Kondor Wessels recently shared a practical site video from the Paule Panke project in Berlin, where EcoReadyBath supplied nearly 250 bathroom pods for a multi-building residential development.

EcoReadyBath manufactures prefabricated bathroom pods for large-scale residential, hotel and student housing projects. In the Paule Panke project, the use of ready-made bathroom modules supported the construction process by helping to align schedule, logistics and on-site installation.

The video offers a clear look at how prefabricated bathrooms are integrated into the real construction process on-site: from call-off and delivery to crane installation, temporary positioning, final alignment and quality checks.

What the video shows

At this scale, bathroom delivery is not only about the bathroom unit itself. It is also about schedule, logistics and reducing the number of variables on site.

The site team explains why coordination matters: floor height, ceiling support, shafts and other structural elements all need to be considered before the bathrooms reach their final position. These are exactly the interfaces that early planning is designed to solve.

With the right coordination between the design and site teams, prefabricated bathrooms can support the construction programme, reduce fit-out work in the apartments, and provide consistent factory-quality across repeated units.

We would like to thank Kondor Wessels for sharing this practical on-site perspective from the Paule Panke project.
