We’re proud to announce our next delivery to the German market: 126 prefabricated bathroom pods for The PettCo, a large-scale mixed-use development in Berlin-Friedrichshain.
About the project
The PettCo combines rental housing, coliving units operated by The Base, retail spaces, offices, and six thematic courtyards – creating a “Kiez within a Kiez” across more than 15,000 m².
The development merges new build with adaptive reuse and targets LEED Platinum certification.
Our scope
126 bathroom pods across four functional types
Serving rental apartments and 148 coliving units
DIN-compliant layouts and full BIM documentation
Installations by WAVIN and GEBERIT, CLAGE water heaters, LUNOS ventilation
Barrier-free design, acoustic separation, and factory testing ensure quality and compliance
