How to submit a report

Independent channel for secure reporting.

Reports may be submitted by employees, former employees, job candidates, suppliers, subcontractors and other persons connected with the Company’s activities.

Reports can be submitted through the independent Sygnanet whistleblowing platform. The platform is operated by an external provider to ensure impartiality, confidentiality and data security.

Procyon Construction S.A. provides a whistleblowing channel in accordance with EU Directive 2019/1937 on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law.

Protection of reporting persons

Handled in accordance with the EU Whistleblower Directive.

All reports are handled in accordance with the EU Whistleblower Directive (EU 2019/1937). The reporting system guarantees:

Reports may be submitted anonymously or with identification.

All reports are handled with strict confidentiality and processed in accordance with applicable law.

Protection against retaliation

Individuals submitting reports are protected against retaliation in line with EU regulations.

Process

Every report is reviewed through a structured procedure.

Acknowledgement

Receipt of the report is confirmed within 7 days.

Investigation

The report is reviewed and investigated by the designated compliance officer.

Feedback

Feedback on the outcome is provided within 3 months, where legally possible.
