EcoReadyBath is delivering 126 bathroom pods for The PettCo in Berlin-Friedrichshain. The project combines coliving, rental housing, retail and office space and requires clear sequencing within a dense urban site. The pod package includes multiple coordinated layouts for residential and coliving units within a LEED Platinum project.
