EcoReadyBath designed, manufactured and delivered prefabricated bathroom pods for Residenz Seiblishof in Mathon, Ischgl. The modules incorporated kitchen water and drainage connections and an electrical distribution board serving other rooms in the apartment. The project marked EcoReadyBath’s first delivery in Austria and required a transfer for the final transport stage due to the steep approach to the building.
Technical integration
Kitchen services incorporated into the bathroom module.
The kitchen layout informed the installation work within the adjacent bathroom pod. Openings and pipework were positioned on the kitchen-facing side of the module to provide hot and cold water supplies and wastewater drainage where required.
We also installed an electrical distribution board within the pod wall to serve the wider apartment. Together, these elements extended the prefabricated scope beyond the bathroom itself, with the remaining connections to be completed on site.
Site delivery and installation
An Alpine location with a steep final approach.
The articulated delivery truck could not reach the building directly. The modules therefore required a transfer for the final stage of transport before a crane lifted them into the building.
