Procyon Construction S.A. is implementing a project to adjust its production model to further increase the scale, repeatability, and predictability of the production process for EcoReadyBath prefabricated bathrooms.
The decision to change the production model is strategic. As the scale of operations increased and market requirements became more demanding, it became necessary to redesign the production process as a whole — not through isolated improvements, but through a systemic approach to production, quality control, material consumption and energy use.
The project implemented under the National Recovery Plan enables the introduction of robotic and automated production stages. Their purpose is to increase operational repeatability, improve control over process parameters, reduce the number of corrections and losses, and enhance workplace safety and ergonomics.
An important outcome of the project is also the reduction of the environmental impact of production. According to the project assumptions, the expected results include an approximately 17% reduction in CO₂ emissions, a reduction of waste by approximately 20 tonnes per year, and energy savings of approximately 75 MWh per year.
The change in the production model also strengthens EcoReadyBath — a brand owned by Procyon Construction S.A. — by enabling it to deliver projects at a larger scale, maintain stable, repeatable quality, meet the requirements of international markets, and reduce environmental impact at the production stage.
The project is being implemented in Stargard, at the production facility of Procyon Construction S.A. It demonstrates that modern and responsible production processes can be developed locally, with international markets and long-term regional development in mind.
